Programme
Health & Wellbeing
Advancing youth-friendly health awareness, mental wellbeing, cancer education, and reproductive health knowledge through responsible partnerships.
Health is a foundation for opportunity
Aluma Foundation's health and wellbeing work is designed to help young people access reliable information, build confidence to seek support, and participate in healthier communities. The foundation focuses on awareness, education, prevention-oriented messaging, mental wellbeing literacy, and trusted referral pathways through appropriate health partners.
Where we concentrate our health work
Cancer Awareness
Youth-friendly awareness on prevention, early detection, risk factors, screening encouragement, and community education, delivered in collaboration with qualified health partners where appropriate.
Mental Wellbeing
Mental health literacy, stigma reduction, emotional resilience, peer support awareness, and guidance on when and where to seek help.
Reproductive Health Education
Age-appropriate reproductive health education, responsible decision-making, dignity, safety, access to accurate information, and referral-oriented support through suitable partners.
Health Literacy
Helping young people understand health information, ask better questions, identify trusted sources, and make informed decisions.
Community Outreach
School-based, youth-group, and community awareness activities designed with sensitivity, safeguarding, and cultural respect.
Responsible partnerships only
Aluma Foundation is not a clinic. All health work happens through education, awareness, and trusted referral pathways with qualified partners.
A four-step approach
Educate
Share accurate, youth-friendly health information.
Engage

Refer
Connect to qualified health partners for clinical support.
Learn

Aluma Foundation is committed to safeguarding, confidentiality, dignity, child and youth protection, culturally respectful communication, and responsible partnerships when working on health-related topics.
